Man shot by Poulsbo police officer during traffic stop dies

SILVERDALE, Wash. - The Kitsap County Sheriff's Office says a man died after being shot by a Poulsbo police officer during a traffic stop in Silverdale. The sheriff's office says a DUI task force was patrolling near the annual Whaling Days Festival in Silverdale.
