Poulsbo officer on administrative leave after fatal shooting

POULSBO, Wash. - A Poulsbo police officer has been placed on administrative re-assignment while Kitsap County deputies investigate the shooting death of a Bremerton man. The Poulsbo officer was on a DUI emphasis patrol when he stopped Matthew James Netter on Friday night.
