Resolved Question: Moving to Washington State...?

My family and I (my 20 month old son, my mother, step-father and grandmother) are looking to move to Washington as soon as we possibly can. We have no issues with working in Seattle but do not want to live in it. We are looking more into living in Kitsap country, Tacoma or Bremerton. Hoping I can get some information regarding these areas. We are moving from Las Vegas, NV so I am definitely interested in the change of the cost of living. Like how much would a 3 bedroom house and the utilities normally cost us a month? What is the job market like? My dad works mainly in theater behind the scenes (not as a stagehand though) what is the call for this kind of work there?Are the Farmer`s Markets as good as they sound? One reason we want to move is to give my son a better education and atmosphere to grow up in so information regarding schools and family and children activities would be great. Are there areas that we should stay away from when looking for houses to rent and places to be? What amount of savings would you suggest for us to have before moving?
