Resolved Question: Can they enforce a policy different than the written version.?

I am currently telecommuting for a company in Spokane Washington. This company has an office in Mountlake Terrace Washington. I am getting married and moving to Bremerton Washington. Prior to making the decision to move I reviewed the written telecommuting policy and it states that the alternate work site must be within 50 miles of a campus. Bremerton falls within that limit, however the company is now stating there is a 50 minute travel limit for site visits.
