Resolved Question: cost for a family to live in washington and where.?

Hello I have a family of 4 (2 young children) and I am trying to find out how much the average monthly cost would be for renting a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment (nothing fancy just in a safe area), basic utilities (including Internet not cable), and food ( average grocery bill per adult per month would be great). I cannot make a decision where I want to move yet but I am looking at the Seattle or Tacoma areas and would consider Bremerton or other suggestions as long as they are near a decent size city. In San Antonio I pay1300.00 for the above items but wanted to see how other cities add up before making a decision. Thank you to anyone who answers I really appreciate any information....
